The innovative Walkski binding system is designed for versatility and control in the backcountry. Quickly switch between four modes depending on the terrain:
WALK MODE (Touring) – Comfortable movement on flat or rolling terrain. The free heel allows a natural stride; add skins when conditions are slippery.
SKI MODE (Locked Heel / Downhill) – Heel locked with risers down for better control and stability on descents.
CLIMB MODE 1 (Low Riser) – Low riser position designed for moderate uphill sections; skins recommended.
CLIMB MODE 2 (High Riser) – High riser for steep climbs and side traverses; skins recommended.
