Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the best place to purchase Snowfeet*?
The most reliable way to get your pair is right here on our official website. We offer fast, cost-effective shipping to almost every corner of the globe (please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). Alternatively, you can find our authentic products on Amazon.
A quick warning: Be cautious of low-quality imitations found online. These counterfeits are often poorly made, prone to breaking, and sold by unreliable vendors who may never ship your order. Stick to official channels to ensure you receive a genuine, high-quality product.
What are the delivery costs and timeframes?
We provide complimentary shipping to the majority of countries, with an average delivery window of 3 to 5 business days. We partner with top-tier carriers like UPS and FedEx for global shipments (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, etc.) and utilize DPD or GLS within Europe.
Even in regions where free shipping isn't available, we keep our rates competitive. While most orders arrive within 4 days, please allow up to 8 business days for certain locations. To see the exact rates and speed for your area, simply enter your details at the checkout.
Note: We generally cover any applicable customs duties, so there are no surprises.
Which payment options are available?
For a smooth checkout experience, we support all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.
How does the return process work?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- If you have already tested them on the slopes, we recommend reselling them on platforms like eBay, as we cannot accept used returns.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, email us at contact@snowfeetstore.com. We will issue a return label via our preferred carrier. Please use this specific method to avoid extra customs fees, which would otherwise be deducted from your final refund. Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 days of receiving the return.

Skiblades & Short Skis: Frequently Asked Questions
Skiblades vs. Snowfeet & Skiskates: What’s the difference?
Think of Skiblades (also known as snowblades or skiboards) as scaled-down skis. They offer a familiar feel to traditional skiing but are far more agile. They excel at carving, navigating snowparks, and handling powder because they provide better balance and surface area than our smaller models.
Snowfeet and Skiskates, on the other hand, belong to a category called skiskating. These feel more like inline skating on snow. They are shorter, allowing for unique tricks and spins. Snowfeet are particularly versatile because they can be worn with standard winter boots or snowboard boots, making them perfect for local hills, trails, or backyards at a more budget-friendly price point.
What shoe sizes do you support?
Our bindings are designed with a "one size fits most" philosophy to accommodate a wide range of footwear:
- Ski Boot Bindings: Fit sizes 4.5–14.5 US / 36–49 EU / 22.5–32.5 MP.
- Snowboard Boot Bindings: Fit sizes 6–14.5 US / 38–49 EU.
Short Skis vs. Long Skis: Why go shorter?
Contrary to popular belief, your height and weight shouldn't dictate your ski length unless you’re a professional racer. For the rest of us, it’s all about maneuverability and enjoyment.
Short skis remove the "clunkiness" of traditional gear. They are incredibly light, responsive, and much easier to stop. While you do need to focus more on your center of gravity (front-to-back balance), the trade-off is a much more liberating and playful experience on the mountain.
How do I choose the right length?
60–80 cm: These feel like skates. They are perfect for rapid turns, moguls, and air-borne tricks. Their compact size makes them the easiest to carry and a great choice for kids or agile adults. However, they aren't built for deep powder or long, sweeping carves.
90–120 cm: This range bridges the gap between skiboards and traditional skis. You get significantly more stability and better performance in powder or during high-speed carving. If you want the thrill of skiing but with much more control and less weight, this is your sweet spot.
How are Skiblades manufactured?
Quality is our priority. Our Skiblades are handcrafted in Europe using certified sustainable wood cores. They feature durable cap construction, steel edges for precise control, and high-speed graphite bases to ensure they last for many seasons.
Are Skiblades difficult to learn?
Actually, most people find them easier than long skis. Because they are so lightweight and responsive, you aren't fighting the length of the ski. They are very intuitive, making the learning curve much shorter for beginners and more fun for experts.
Can I wear them with Snowboard Boots?
Absolutely! While some brands just bolt heavy, standard snowboard bindings onto a board, Snowfeet developed a custom binding* specifically for skiboards.
Our bindings are:
- Lighter and less bulky than traditional setups.
- Fully adjustable to any boot size.
- Equipped with a non-slip surface for a secure grip.
If you find plastic ski boots uncomfortable (as many do), our snowboard-compatible models allow you to walk easily and ride in total comfort.
Are they allowed at ski resorts?
Yes. A common myth is that "short skis" are banned, but this is false. Skiblades and skiboards are permitted at the vast majority of ski resorts worldwide. You can take them on the slopes just like any other winter sports equipment.
Which binding type is right for me?
Standard Release Bindings: Similar to traditional ski bindings. They offer the highest safety level (releasing during a fall) but are heavier and only available on 99cm and 120cm models.
Non-Release Bindings: Lightweight and tool-free. These are great for shorter blades and recreational use where you don't need the complexity of a full release system.
Snowboard Bindings: The ultimate choice for comfort. If you prefer the flexibility of snowboard boots and want a more "chill" experience without the pain of hard shells, go with these.
Comparison of Snowfeet* Models
- Choose 65cm models if you want to pioneer the sport of skiskating and focus on tricks and skating movements.
- Choose the 99cm or 120cm models if you love carving, need stability at speed, or want to explore off-piste powder.
